These terms govern your use of Hearname (the “Service”), operated by IE Mikhail Grigoryev, registered in Tbilisi, Georgia (“we”, “us”). By using the Service you agree to them.

The Service

Hearname listens to the audio of your calls on your own machine and tells you the moment your name is said. The Service is currently in early access: features may change, and availability is not guaranteed.

Your account and use

• You are responsible for complying with the recording and consent laws that apply where you are and where the other people on the call are.
• You may not use the Service to monitor another person without their knowledge.
• You may not resell the Service or circumvent its limits.

Generated content

Detection is produced by automated speech recognition and fuzzy matching. It will occasionally miss a mention or fire on a similar-sounding word. It is an aid to attention, not a record of what was said.

Plans and payment

Paid plans are billed in advance for the period you choose. Prices shown on this site are the prices at launch and may change with notice for future periods. Refunds are covered by our refund policy.

Termination

You can stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms, and will tell you why when we do.

Liability

The Service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
